Home Care Services

LJJ Healthcare provides home care services for patients who need assistance with their day to day living.

Our nurses and medical staff are equipped with the knowledge, expertise, and the tools to help them maintain quality of service.

Our home care service includes homemaking, running errands, providing, specialized care, hygiene, and personal care.

You can also hire us for physical support, support post-surgery.

Hospital Private Care

Our hospital private care will give you access to our advanced medical facilities, equipment, and tools.

We deploy our resources to provide 24/7 care and support to our clients who need medical assistance, and ensure their medication is delivered on time.

Our nursing staff are also trained to provide support to patients recovering from surgeries or accidents. We will offer physical support for both exercises and for ablution while you recover.

Nursing/Retirement Home Care

Whether you are seeking nursing home for yourself or your loved ones, you can find the perfect care partners in LJJ Healthcare.

Our registered nurses and personal support workers (PSW) will provide physical assistance, companionship, and medical support (where necessary) to ensure our clients have a happy and comfortable experience.

We know it is difficult to be away from loved ones, therefore, we make sure we become your second home.

Dementia Nursing

Dementia and Alzheimer’s care require specialised certifications and we ensure we take these regulations into account.

We assign our Registered Psychiatric Nurses (RPN) or Practical Nurses (LPN, RPN) to care for patients with Dementia or Alzheimer’s.

They have the required skills, knowledge, and experience to provide specialised senior care services and now how to tackle the common issues that are a part of providing this care.

Senior Care Services/Support Care

While you love your elderly parents, caring for them can become more challenging as their needs increase with age.

If you need support care for your loved ones but are unwilling to move them to a Nursing Care Facility, we can provide you home-based support care as well.

Our PSW or nursing staff will provide the physical and emotional care your loved ones need, and keep them engaged in their routine.

Registered Nurses (RN)

LJJ Healthcare’s Registered Nurses have the necessary qualifications and certifications required for practicing in the field.

They are trained in offering diagnosis, assessing the physical, emotional, and psychological needs of the patient or client and determining the best course of action in terms of care.

Our RNs have years of experience working in the field and are also well-equipped with the skills to provide education to both patients and their families when necessary.

Practical Nurses (LPN, RPN)

Our Practical Nurses are diligent, organised and seasoned professionals who can operate as the perfect support staff and assist the RNs when needed.

They are also trained to recognise signs and take vital signs to ensure the patient is alright. The can administer injections and evaluate a patient’s psychological needs based on observations.

They are patient and will help the patient’s family understand the necessary care required and explain the reasons for chosen care process.

Personal Support Worker

Our personal support workers are trained to provide support care for our clients that include running errands, assisting their mobility, providing companionship etc.

They can also help cook meals for the clients who are unable to do so and communicate with them to keep them engaged.
